We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please review our return policy below.
Return Window
You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.
Return Process
Once you contact us, you will need to send the product back to us for inspection. We will carefully check the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria. After inspection is complete, your refund will be processed within 2-4 business days.
Return Shipping
There is a charge associated with returning the product. You have two options:
- Use your own shipping method: You are welcome to ship the product back using any carrier of your choice, as long as we receive it safely and in one piece.
- Request a prepaid label: If you do not have a way to ship the product, we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label for a fee.
Payment for Return Shipping
If you choose to use our prepaid shipping label, you can pay for it in one of two ways:
- Send an e-transfer for the shipping cost
- Have the shipping cost deducted from your refund amount
Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The packaging and product must not be tampered with or damaged
- At least 90% of the product must remain
We cannot accept returns that do not meet these criteria. Our team will inspect the product upon receipt to verify it meets these requirements before processing your refund.
