Claim Policy

At Dawam, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances. We guarantee that our perfumes when properly applied to clothes, will last for at least 18 hours under normal temperature conditions (15 to 20 degrees Celsius).

Conditions of the Claim:

1. Proper Application: The perfume should be applied directly or indirectly to clothes, not on the skin, to achieve the 18-hour longevity.

2. Temperature Conditions: The effectiveness of our perfume is based on normal temperature conditions ranging from 15 to 30 degrees Celsius.

3. Environmental Conditions : The effectiveness of the perfume is based on normal wind and proximity conditions. 

Failure to Meet the Claim:

If our perfume fails to last at least 18 hours under the specified conditions, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us: Contact our customer service team at support@dawam.ca with your order details and a description of the issue.

2. Product Drop-Off: Arrange to drop off the product at the designated location provided by our customer service team.

3. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will process your refund within 10-12 business days. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you have a positive experience with our products.
